The steps are:

•      Extrack adbtool that has been downloaded
  
•      Open the folder ekstrack results, press shift and right click
  
•      Select "Open command windows here"
  
•      It will appear similar to the cmd window (texmode)
  
•      Then connect android to pc / laptop

 Type the following command

•      adb shell
  
•      su
  
•      rm / data / system / gesture.key
  
•      reboot
